1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the hajbee website, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and all supplementary policies published on this site. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the hajbee platform and close your account.

2 Amendments

hajbee reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

3 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

1 Eligibility Criteria

To register and maintain an account on hajbee, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing hajbee from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from any gambling service or self -excluded from hajbee specifically.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where access to online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of hajbee or any of its affiliated entities.

2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on hajbee. Opening duplicate, secondary, or otherwise additional accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. hajbee reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and bonus awards, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

hajbee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time — particularly before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, if not resolved, account closure. All documents submitted must be genuine, unaltered, and belong to you. Submitting fraudulent documentation is a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any OTP codes associated with your account. hajbee will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. You must notify hajbee support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

1 Accepted Payment Methods

hajbee currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following BDT-denominated payment services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. No currency conversion is applied by hajbee. Minimum deposit is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal is ৳500.

2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your hajbee account balance within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation. hajbee accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment service provider, network congestion, or circumstances outside our direct control. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the hajbee finance team during operational hours (09:00–23:00 BST, seven days a week). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operational window. Standard processing time is 5–60 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may require 1–3 business days. hajbee reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding ৳50,000.

4 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that legitimately belong to you. Use of funds derived from illegal activity, third-party credit facilities, or any form of payment fraud is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate authorities.

5 Unclaimed Balances

Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager activity) for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 will be applied to dormant accounts with a positive balance. hajbee will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying dormancy fees. Accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for 12 months may be closed without further notice.

1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotional terms at the time the offer is presented. Unless otherwise stated, standard wagering requirements for deposit match bonuses are 30x the combined bonus and deposit amount. Wagers placed on certain game types (including but not limited to specific table games and live dealer games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.

2 Bonus Eligibility

Each bonus offer is available once per eligible player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Players who are found to have created multiple accounts to claim the same bonus will have all associated accounts closed and all bonus winnings voided. hajbee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are not redeemable for cash until all wagering requirements have been satisfied.

3 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses and associated free spins expire 7 days from the date of issue. Any unwagered bonus balance and any bonus winnings still pending on expiry will be removed from the account automatically. hajbee does not extend bonus validity periods under any circumstances.

4 Bonus Abuse

hajbee actively monitors for and prohibits all forms of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, wagering on outcomes with negligible variance to satisfy requirements, using automated tools or scripts to place wagers, and coordinating with other accounts to exploit promotional offers. Detection of any such activity will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus balances, reversal of associated winnings, and permanent account closure.

1 Game Fairness

All casino games available on hajbee are supplied by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider's Random Number Generator (RNG) is independently audited and certified for fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate as reported by the respective game provider. hajbee does not modify the RTP of any game.

2 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted subject to available account balance and applicable bet limits. hajbee reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on events where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being published, bets placed after an event has already concluded, and bets that exceed the maximum payout limits established for a specific market. Bets will only be deemed accepted once a confirmation reference number has been issued by the platform.

3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a software or hardware malfunction affecting any game or betting market, hajbee reserves the right to void all bets affected by the malfunction and refund the wagered amount to the player's account. This applies equally to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and crash games. Winnings generated as a direct result of a known malfunction are not eligible for withdrawal. The decision of hajbee management in such cases is final.

4 Sports Betting Integrity

hajbee cooperates fully with sports governing bodies and regulatory authorities to protect the integrity of sport. Any player found to have placed bets based on insider information, to have engaged in match-fixing activity, or to have acted in concert with others to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event will have their account permanently closed, all winnings voided, and the matter referred to appropriate law enforcement bodies.

hajbee provides all registered players with the following responsible gaming tools accessible from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts at 30, 60, or 90-minute intervals.

• Time-Out: Temporary access suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, effective immediately and not reversible once activated.

2 Age Verification Obligations

hajbee employs multiple layers of age verification to prevent access by individuals under 21 years of age. Any player found to be underage will have their account immediately closed, all funds returned to the verified payment source (where legally possible), and all winnings voided. The hajbee name, logo, and all related marks are registered trademarks of the operating entity.

2 Restricted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the hajbee platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform without the express written permission of hajbee. Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from the platform by automated means is strictly prohibited.

1 No Warranty

The hajbee platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. hajbee does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hajbee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. This includes loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or business interruption. hajbee's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3 Force Majeure

hajbee shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, telecommunications failures, power outages, or cyberattacks.

1 hajbee's Right to Suspend

hajbee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion; provision of false or misleading registration information; chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player; violation of any applicable law; or any activity that hajbee reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

2 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered BDT payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations. Account closure requests are typically processed within 2 business days.

1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hajbee is licensed and incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute regarding any bet, transaction, or account matter, you must first contact hajbee support in writing at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. hajbee will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through this internal process, you may escalate the matter to the applicable independent dispute resolution body as specified by the platform's licensing authority.

3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, preserving the original intent of the parties to the greatest extent possible.
